This album was inspired by Matthias Boss’ original violin solo versions as “Clouds 1 and 2.” Wilhelm Matthies thought it would make a great basis for a trio album.

As internet collaborators, we took turns responding to each other’s parts in different orders. The track names indicate who’s part came first. Often, we played so that you either cannot tell, or you might even think someone else's part came first.
